Performing at the Grand Final

The competition explained

The Grand Final is anticipated to be a sell-out show, recorded live for BBC Radio 3 and BBC FOUR. Six fantastically talented choirs - the four category winners and two wildcards - will perform a live set on stage at the Royal Festival Hall in London to an audience of more than 2,000.

Only one choir can be awarded the prestigious title of Choir of the Year 2010!

The winning choir will receive a special trophy and a commission for a new choral work by a composer of their choice, sponsored by BBC Radio 3.

Tickets for the Grand Final will go on sale approximately six weeks before the event directly from the venue box office (competing choirs attend free of charge).
